PLANT SIZE

Plant height/length:  Around 40-50cm.

Pot size:  10cm grow pot.

Can be purchased in plastic grow pot, or repotted in a simple terracotta pot (reference image provided)

DESCRIPTION

Chain Cactus can easily be distinguished among other Rhipsalis due to its 3 angle chain-like growths, producing the effect of a string of short segments. The dandy pendulous branches of the Chain Cactus are an excellent choice for hanging plant. 

Unlike other succulents, the Chain Cactus appreciates regular misting to boost humidity. It also prefers bright, indirect light over full sun and more frequent watering of about once a week. 

The Chain Cactus produces numerous tiny white blooms along the length of the stem. The plant also produces inedible small red fruits. When grown under best conditions, it can grow as long as 5 meters.
